Appointments & Cancellations

If you are running late, we appreciate being notified of the delay. In order to respect our clients’ schedules, all service visits must end at the scheduled times. 

If you must cancel, please do so prior to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time. 

Payment Policies

Professional Skin & Body Care Inc. accepts Visa & MasterCard, as well as personal cheques. Photo ID is required. All payments cannot be returned or refunded.

Packages are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. All packages have an expiration date specified.

In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Our price list does not include gratuities, and gratuities cannot be charged on credit cards.

Please be advised that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of payment method, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of service and cannot be traced or replaced if lost or stolen. 

Products purchased may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days; products must be unused, in their original condition and accompanied by a receipt. 

House Rules

As a courtesy to all guests, please put your cell phones in silent mode. 

In the interest of health, safety and relaxation for all guests, unattended children under age 12 are not permitted in the salon service areas.
